Bumper pay rise for Holmleigh team

We’re pleased to announce that Holmleigh Care is responding to the cost of living crisis by investing in a landmark pay increase for its frontline workers.

Support workers at Holmleigh will receive a significant pay hike, to a market-leading rate of between £10.20 – £11.25 per hour (depending on role and location).

The move is in recognition of the hard work dedication and commitment of the staff team, particularly throughout the past 18 months, as well as responding to the recruitment challenges the sector is currently facing.

The announcement comes shortly after this year’s budget announcement, which will see the national living wage rise to £9.50 from 1 April 2022. The new rates at Holmleigh will exceed those offered by the government rise, providing a significant annual pay rise for a full-time worker. The increase will be implemented on hours worked from December 2021 onwards, giving workers an instant pay rise in their January pay packet.

The new pay rates are being rolled out to all new recruits as well as the existing team.
