It is this commitment, determination and passion for empowering people to succeed that has helped so many of the people we support to achieve such positive outcomes and progression in their lives.

Our passionate and well-trained staff teams have developed the practical experience and specialist knowledge that is required in order to truly develop the confidence, life skills, wellbeing, and independence of individuals with a range of specific care and support needs.

Investing in our teams

At Holmleigh, we are committed to investing in our teams with the aim of offering support that is second to none.

To do this, we offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme coupled with the mentoring and ongoing support required to develop skills and good practice. This ensures that all staff can fulfil their roles confidently and meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the people we support.

We also offer industry-leading pay for support workers and carers.

Our skills development programme includes:

Comprehensive face-to-face company induction plan: Ensuring that all team members understand our goals, ethos, and the legal frameworks in which we operate.

Ongoing training and development: All employees are encouraged to engage in ongoing continued training and support to increase and refine their knowledge and skills. This includes pursuing professional Social Care Qualifications.

Mentorship programme: Many of our experienced senior staff are proactive mentors to those looking to develop their careers, supporting their journey and helping to hone their skills.

Needs specific training: Many of our service users have complex care needs. We provide specific training to help ensure that the care we provide meets the needs of the people we support.
