Specialist support, high-quality care.

Holmleigh Care provides supported living, residential and home care for people with a range of needs, helping them to achieve healthy, happy and fulfilled lives.

Supporting people to live the life they choose.

Holmleigh Care provides care at home, supported living, and residential care for people with a range of needs, helping them to achieve healthy, happy, and fulfilled lives. We aim to provide outstanding, positive, and inclusive support that celebrates the ambition and achievements of everyone that we support.

The people we support have a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, hysical disabilities, acquired brain injury, sensory loss, and age-related needs.

Our aim is to support people to live the lives they want to live, with comfort, confidence, and compassion.

Our history and guiding principles

Since Holmleigh Care was founded in 1999, one of our guiding principles has always been that wherever possible, care should mean progression.

Over the last twenty years, the business has grown organically through the purchase of new properties which were converted to either specialist care homes, or supported living accommodation. As we’ve grown, we’re proud to say that we’ve retained a family feel, caring for our team and the people we support as we would our own family members and ensuring that every single person at Holmleigh is supported to make progress towards their goals.

As care providers, our ultimate goal is to ensure that the people we support live happy and healthy lives. Our philosophy is that each person we support must be valued in the same way as any other member of the community, with equal rights to access services and the right to enjoy an ordinary life. We do this through the provision of supported living, residential and care at home services, which provide a high standard of living coupled with quality, personalised care.

A focus on positive outcomes

At Holmleigh Care, we focus our efforts on making a significant and positive difference to the lives of those we support and on achieving positive outcomes.

Many of the people we support arrive requiring high levels of care and support. With the help of our dedicated staff teams, we maximise their confidence and life skills, enabling them to achieve increased levels of independence.

Naturally, everyone we support has different needs, skills, and aspirations. We work with the people we support, families, and other professionals, to identify the “positive outcomes” that we need to support – from making a meal independently or self-care, through to engaging in hobbies or getting a job. We create a care plan that supports and facilitates someone to achieve their goals, in a collaborative, positive, and caring way.
